IT Support - Graveyard Shift

Responsibilities:
- Assist Philippine and US Trainers with technical-related difficulties.
- Provide support to European colleagues.
- Solve simple network problems.
- Act as a mediator between the company and its clients.
- Help the sales team in managing billing issues.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skills: Windows NT/95/XP applications.
- Required language: English.
- Experience in working in a call center an advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift.
- Required language(s): English.
