Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. Candidates who did not finish 2 years in college will not be entertained
- Good communication skill is a must
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Requirement: Basic knowledge in networking and troubleshooting.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Position: PR and EVENTS MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE
Don’t be a victim of this recruitment agency. S-cube clients, be aware of your partners business strategies as this will be damaging to your business as well.
1) This recruitment agency will be posting enticing posts such as EVENTS MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE, PR associates or any non-call center jobs.
2) You will then go through the normal screening process, interviews and such.
3) Upon passing the said interviews you will then be offered TWO jobs.
The PR / EVENTS MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE And a CALL CENTER JOB
They will be telling you that the income for your desired position (PR / EVENTS MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE ) is not that big when you start at an entry level position. So they will be endorsing you as well for a call center job in the mean time. They’ll give you assurance that they will be giving you contractual jobs for the PR / EVENTS MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE after a month or so. They will also ask you not to tell the call center about the other job. There will be no papers to back this up, just an endorsement form to the call center.
**Recruitment agencies earn by commission, it is based on how many endorsement they send per day (per head) and if those applicants pass the call center interviews where s-cube sends you to. So in the end, you’ll end up with the job that you never wanted in the first place, and waiting for the “contractual” event for the PR / EVENTS MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE job that WILL NEVER HAPPEN.
